Welcome to Smesh.dev, the personal automation studio of Haider Ali under BismillahTC Digital Services, Khanewal, Pakistan. These terms govern your use of our website, resources, and services.
1. Our Services
We provide custom n8n workflows, Supabase databases, grounded RAG AI chatbots, offline-first POS systems, high-speed websites, and related automation consulting.
- Free audits are educational only.
- Paid projects are governed by a separate written proposal with clear scope, timeline, and pricing.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide timely access and information.
- Review and approve deliverables promptly.
- Pay third-party costs (hosting, APIs) directly.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Fixed project pricing as per proposal.
- Deposit required to start work.
- Final payment due before full handover.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
- Upon full payment, you receive 100% ownership of custom code and configurations.
- We retain rights to our pre-built boilerplates and patterns (with perpetual license granted to you).
5. Confidentiality
All your business information and credentials are kept strictly confidential.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or business outcomes.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Khanewal, Punjab.
